Practical AI for Australian mortgage brokers
A private community for licensed brokers. Every Monday there’s one workflow. You run it on a real file, and on Friday we compare what worked.
SNAPSHOT
- Refinance with a small top-up for a kitchen renovation
- Two applicants, both PAYG. One returns from parental leave in March
- Fixed rate ends in about four months
GAPS
- Income: return-to-work date and hours not confirmed
- Liabilities: car loan mentioned, balance and repayment unknown
DOCUMENTS TO REQUEST
- Two recent payslips each, plus the return-to-work letter
- Latest home loan and car loan statements
One workflow a week. That’s the whole format.
- MonThe workflow lands
The steps, the prompt, and what good output looks like.
- WedHalfway check
Stuck? Post the step that tripped you up and we’ll work it out together.
- FriResults thread
What you ran it on, how long it took, what you changed. The best tweak goes into the library, with credit.
Built for the jobs that eat your week
Each workflow runs in ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot on de-identified notes. Members choose what gets built next.

About 22,400 individual brokers are on ASIC’s register. Every member here is one of them.
When you apply, you give your credit representative number. I check it against the public register before anyone gets in. No vendors, no lead sellers, no lenders pitching. Just brokers.

- No client details. Workflows run on de-identified notes. Client information stays in your CRM.
- No credit advice, lenders or rates. We talk about running the business, not what to recommend.
- Doing beats reading. One workflow tried properly is worth ten saved for later.
Why it’s small on purpose
Most AI advice for brokers is either hype or written for someone else. Reading about it doesn’t change your week. Running one workflow on a real file does.
So the community is built around doing. One workflow at a time, tried by brokers, improved by what they report back. It starts with 20 founding members who pick what we build next, and it stays brokers only.

Questions brokers ask
- Is it really free?
- Yes. The community is free to join, and so is the newsletter.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can paste a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, you can run every workflow. Each one comes with the steps, the prompt and an example of good output.
- How much time does it take?
- Plan on 30 to 45 minutes a week: read Monday’s workflow, run it once on a real file, share what happened.
- What happens after the first 20?
- The community stays open to verified brokers. The founding group is simply the first 20 in, and they help decide which workflows get built first.
- Who runs it?
- Me, Adin Alihodzic. I also write The AI Broker, a free newsletter on practical AI for Australian brokers.
- Can I leave any time?
- Yes. Leave the group in Skool whenever you like. It’s free, so there’s nothing to cancel.
